This tart, salty gose starts with our kettle souring treatment. Lactobacillus in the kettle brings a nice level of acidity before sea salt and coriander in the boil brings a refreshing level of salinity and citrus. A clean fermentation is followed by an addition of grapefruit to bring a burst of bitter citrus.
