Loads of caramel malts and some sea salt in the boil transforms a toasty brown ale into a cookie in a glass. Maris Otter base malt brings some bready undertones, plus some pale chocolate malt brings a bit of semi-sweet cocoa to the mix. A touch of lactose brings some body to the beer.
