Product: Raspberry Coconut Crowler Infusion
Coconut Brown Ale receives a raspberry enhancement in this week's crowler infusion. This American brown ale's grist bill starts us off with a base layer of milk chocolate, biscuit, and caramel. The boil brings American and noble hops to balance with light bitterness, as well as some brown sugar for a robust toffee flavor. Several days of conditioning on shredded raw coconut brings a tropical sweetness to really round out a delicious, easy-drinking, dark beer with a sweet raspberry infusion.
